Prelados de todo el mundo y especialmente de los países o áreas de los países en necesidad han recibido este honor, sin excluir algunos de las ciudades importantes y la Curia Romana.

The following are the coats of arms of the cardinals that have been appointed by Pope Francis with that title in the both consistories up to now. Various prelates from over all the world and specially from the countries and areas of the countries in need have received this honour, without excluding some of them from important cities and the Roman Curia.

La Orden de Leopoldo es la máxima condecoración del Reino de Bélgica, fundada por su primer monarca, Leopoldo I (1790-1865). El Rey de los Belgas es el gran maestre de la orden y es el único con potestad para concederla. Posee los grados de Gran Cordón, Gran Oficial, Comendador, Oficial y Caballero.

The Order of Leopold is the highest decoration of the Kingdom of Belgium, founded by its first monarch, Leopold I (1790-1865). The King of the Belgians is the Grand Master of the order and is the only person who can grant it. The order has the following grades: Grand Cordon, Grand Officer, Commander, Official and Knight.
